- Return & Exchange requests are accepted up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Refund requests are entertained on full price and not on discounted/sale items. A one time Exchange requests are accepted on discounted / sale items.

- Items sent to us for exchange will be subject to thorough quality check. A request for exchange will only be taken forward if the items are sent back to us in good condition, with the tags intact. (Note: Courier Charges apply*)
- Makeup stains, perfume stains or smell, body odour, detergent odour, cuts, rips, tears and changes of similar nature will be treated as damage to the product and such products will not be accepted for exchange.
- To exchange an item, kindly courier it back to the address shared with you by our sales helpline on contact details mentioned above.
Return & Exchange Instructions:
Prepare the Item: Ensure the item remains unused and unworn.
Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Send the Item: Ship the item to our warehouse at the following address:

Share Tracking Details: Please provide the tracking information so we can monitor the return shipment.
